I am so tired of depending on others in my industry. I have 160 open hours as of today, these openings are in Nashville, Chattanooga and Johnson City.
Because of the distance between locations, recruiting and training are left to me. I hired enough people to cover all my openings, but half of those did not show up for work.
One quarter of those hired, when contacted liked the benefits of being unemployed. So, it's 1:36am and I have spent the last three hours covering the open shifts.
This job is going to kill me.
