Stacy returns tomorrow evening around 8:00pm, I can't wait, but because I can't control time, or space, I have no choice but to do just that.
I traveled to Knoxville today to conduct some weekend site visits, something that the job requires. The trip to Knoxville was uneventfully, I chose a hotel that has three restaurants sharing the parking lot.
I can choose, O'Charley's, Texas Roadhouse or a local favorite, Up the Creek Fish Camp and Grill. I did this so I am less likely to get injured, less driving. I'm asking for plastic dinner wear and cloth napkins to avoid paper and knife cuts.
I have less than 26 hours before her return to remain injury free. It would be the first time that has ever happened. So I am optimistic that I can make it.
The laundry is done, the house is cleaned and I got my honey do list completed. But I am sure after a short period, I will have a task rich list.
